Re:Roll Call - 2009/06/24 11:49 Hi

I'm Pastor Barry Kentner from Magnetawan Ontario Canada.
I posted a note about my AC 410 when I joined recently.
Noting you have a past history with AC perhaps you can tell me a bit about this piece of equipment. I gather it is from the mid-fifties to the early sixties.
You cannot match it on today's market for under $4,000 Canadian. I'm in the process of restoring it...paint,
new decals etc. if I can find them.
This unique machine is a tractor. 4-speed gear box, belt drives, 10HP Kohler motor and in first gear she will pull at least 600 pounds up a sixty percent grade.

It has a Belly Mower and this is the crunch. It seems when I switch on the mower, it drains all the electricity out of the plug and coil and the machine eventually stalls out. Then it taks some time to get it running again. Any ideas?
Thanx
